What do I do if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order, please reach out to us and we will look into the issue and rectify it to the best of our abilities. We expect that you exercise patience during the timeframe required to ascertain the exact problem with the order. After we have completed all verification, your order will be reshipped if we made any errors. We will reship half of the order if the fault comes from the courier service. We will not reship if you made an error with your address or if the fault comes from your end.

How do I complete payment?
You may complete payment using cryptocurrency (bitcoin) to our wallet address which is:

The corresponding QR code is found at the bottom of this page for those who need to use a bitcoin scan. You can purchase bitcoin using cashapp, coinbase or using a nearby bitcoin ATM. You can find bitcoin ATM machines at coinatmradar.com. You may purchase bitcoin with cashapp or coinbase by first verifying your account for crypto purchases (which may take some time for verification to be completed)- and then obtaining crypto from the corresponding platform. A quick google search would get you where you need to be.
I don't have crypto to complete payment
We accept payments primarily through cryptocurrency. However, if you're not able to get access to crypto currency, you can reach out to us on email or Signal and we will provide you with an alternate payment method to complete your payment. This must be done manually through live communication with our support in order to get the updated payment details.
I received a package with the wrong contents
If you received a package from us with the wrong contents, please take 2 photos of the package you received. The first photo showing the package as it came in, second photo showing the opened pack and contents. We will look into the issue with urgency and rectify and reship after all verifications have been completed. You will not be expected to return any package.
Can I use my real address?
The way that we handle communication and shipment makes it safe to use any address, provided you have control over the mail to specified address. Even though we take extra measures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of all exchange with our clients, we generally advise that they open up PO Boxes for packages ordered from us, especially orders that may be compromising/sensitive.
Where do you ship from?
Where we ship from depends on where we're shipping to. In other words, we have several locations with warehouses in USA, Canada, Europe and Australia.
For USA, we would ship from NY or CA.
For Canada, we would ship from Toronto.
For Europe, we would ship from Netherlands
For Australia, we would ship from Sydney
Where do you ship to?
The areas we currently serve include USA, Canada, Europe and Australia. We have domestic stock and various warehouses in these regions and so clients wouldn't need to worry about customs, loveletters, inspections or any of the hassles that come with international shipping.
Minimum/Maximum order quantity Rules
The minimum order quantity is clearly stated for each product and is usually 20 pills for items gauged in pills and 5 grams for items gauged by weight. The maximum order quantities for all products is 1000 pills for items gauged in pills and 10kg for items gauged by weight. Product specific minimum and maximum order quantity rules can also be found under the specified product page. All products are listed on the Store. We're open to reviewing the maximum order quantities for specific cases. If you are unsure of the minimum order quantity for a specific product, feel free to write us on Signal and our support will respond to you promptly within a maximum of 30 minutes.
Sampling System
After abuse from many unscrupulous actors, we have been forced to cancel the free sampling system for our products. We are unable to complete any requests for samples for any product. We suggest ordering the minimum order quantity for a desired product if you would like to sample our services.
